Patricia & Yilber, owners of Artech were absolutely wonderful to work with on our basement remodel. The were meticulous during the planning & design phase, coordinated with our municipality to ensure permits were in order, and brought in other construction professionals to completely gut and rebuild our basement (including a installing a new full bathroom). They kept the area super neat and clean through the entire process.This is the first time I can honestly say that working with a remodeling contractor was a pleasure! Artech Roofing found evidence of hail damage to our roof and, working closely with the adjuster and insurance company, got us a new roof quickly and painlessly.
